Service Support After Warranty

Neotronics are committed to provide services to the customers even after the warranty period too and offer their services to the customer by offering Annual maintenance contract or on call basis. We offer the following post warranty services to our customers.

AMC

Annual Maintenance Contracts for most of the equipments are offered after the warranty period is over. Neotronics have trained and experienced engineers and stocks critical spare parts. For More information Write to Manager-Service support@neotronics.co.in


On-Call Paid Service Contract

Neotronics also has a "On-Call Paid Service Contract" wherein the customers can call for post warranty service on call basis but the contract should be book on annual basis for their equipments purchase from Neotronics. Customer who takes such service enjoys priority Service visits to attend the breakdown at much economical rate then the standard rate card, which can reduce the machine down time considerably in case of breakdowns. Spare part

We maintain critical Spare Parts for most of the machines, to support our customers at the time of breakdown of the machine.


Calibration Services

Training Services

Neotronics provides on-site training for all the equipment for your staff and also provides the highest levels of technical support and service from our in-house staff at centers throughout the region.During training we cover the following Areas
  • Training on Basic operation and programming.

  • Maintenance of the Machine
  • Calibration of the Machine
  • Guidelines on process support
